接受不完美，不是妥協，而是與生活和解

我們總在追逐完美，想把日子過成無瑕的詩，想把關系處成無隙的畫，可走著走著才發現，人生本就是一場帶著瑕疵的修行。

生活的治愈，從來不是消除所有的不美好，而是明白缺憾也是一種完整。允許事與愿違，接納偶爾狼狽，把心放寬，把事看淡，在不完美中尋找美好，在遺憾中收獲成長。

當你真正接納了所有不完美，你會發現，內心的焦慮少了，快樂多了；糾結少了，從容多了。這世間最好的狀態，從不是完美無缺，而是接納殘缺，向陽而行。
