曲樂恒現(xiàn)狀：出行靠輪椅，父母照顧他的生活，49歲無人敢嫁給他

之前坐了五年冷板凳的他，一夜之間成了足壇最火的新星。

可誰能想到，才過了 53 天，一場車禍就把這一切全毀了，他從此再也沒能站起來。

近況日常

曲樂恒這二十多年的日常，核心就是輪椅和家人的照料，沒有什么復雜的花樣。

他腰椎以下完全沒知覺，大小便沒法自己控制，穿衣、洗漱、吃飯這些最基本的事，

全得靠別人幫忙，而一直照顧他的，就是退休金加起來還不到一千塊的老兩口。

現(xiàn)在父母年紀越來越大，母親去年查出了骨質(zhì)疏松，連幫他挪動身體都越來越費勁，

很多時候得老兩口一起上手才能完成，本該享清福的年紀，卻成了他全天候的依靠。

但他從來沒閑著，也沒打算躺平過日子。身體被困在輪椅上，可他的腦子和雙手一直沒停過，

每天都會堅持做康復訓練，不管多疼都沒放棄過，就是想讓身體能多恢復一點。

除此之外，他還一直關注足球，經(jīng)常看比賽錄像，給郊區(qū)的青訓機構(gòu)做戰(zhàn)術分析，

人家按分鐘給報酬，錢雖然不多，但夠交家里的水電費，

也讓他能有點自食其力的感覺，心里踏實不少。

今年四月有個好消息，社區(qū)的居家護理補貼漲到了 860 塊，

能請鄰居阿姨白天過來搭把手，多少能減輕點父母的負擔。

他住的是沈陽鐵西區(qū)的老樓，五樓還沒電梯，上下樓全得靠擔架和鄰居幫忙抬，

即便這樣，他也會偶爾出門參與社區(qū)的公益活動，或者跟當年的老隊友通電話，

聊聊遼足的近況，心里對足球的那股熱乎勁兒一直沒涼。

家里的電視柜上擺著三塊實打?qū)嵉莫勁疲?/p>

2007 年省殘運會的擊劍銅牌、2012 年的全國殘疾人體育先進個人、2019 年的足協(xié)青訓貢獻獎，

這些都是他憑著自己的努力拼出來的，也能看出來他從沒向命運低過頭。

要么整理這些年的康復經(jīng)驗，想著能幫到更多和他情況類似的人。

這份平淡但絕不閑散的日常，既有生活里的無奈，更有不向命運妥協(xié)的韌勁，

而這份韌勁，在他對感情的態(tài)度上也體現(xiàn)得明明白白。

感情寫照

49 歲的曲樂恒，到現(xiàn)在也沒結(jié)婚，也沒再談過戀愛，

外界傳的 “無人敢嫁” 其實挺片面的，真正的原因是他打心底里不想拖累別人。

車禍之前，他已經(jīng)和女友定好了年底的婚禮，一切都準備得差不多了，可車禍之后，

就算女友在病床前守了他很久，日夜照料，但面對他再也站不起來的現(xiàn)實，

還有往后一眼能望到頭的艱難，這段感情最后還是沒能堅持下去。

從那以后，曲樂恒就再也沒動過成家的念頭，不是不想，是真的不敢想。

他心里跟明鏡似的，自己是一級傷殘，連最基本的生活都沒法自理，

怎么可能給別人幸福？又怎么承擔得起丈夫和父親的責任？

愛情這東西，對他來說就像是遙不可及的奢侈品，只能遠遠看著，根本不敢去觸碰。

家里人也從沒催過他，父母只希望他能平安順遂地過日子，別受太多罪就行。

親戚朋友上門探望的時候，家里熱熱鬧鬧的，可等人走了，剩下的孤單他也早就習慣了。

有時候父母出門辦事，家里就剩他一個人，雖然會有點冷清，

但他也從沒抱怨過命運不公，只是安安靜靜地待著，偶爾翻翻老照片，想想當年的日子。

民政系統(tǒng)的記錄里，確實沒有他的婚姻登記信息，

他 2018 年在新浪的采訪里說過一句話：“不想把別人的人生扯進來。”

這話聽著讓人心酸，但也能看出來他的通透和擔當。

其實也不是沒人愿意走進他的生活，之前也有人主動表示過好感，可都被他婉拒了。

他不是不渴望陪伴，夜深人靜的時候，也會希望身邊能有個人說說話，

但比起讓別人跟著自己受苦，他更愿意一個人把所有難處都扛下來。

這份藏在孤單里的擔當，讓他的單身狀態(tài)少了幾分悲情，多了幾分堅定，

而這份堅定，也支撐著他在事業(yè)上一直往前走。

事業(yè)軌跡

車禍雖然毀了他的球員生涯，但卻沒能澆滅曲樂恒對足球的熱愛，他憑著一股不服輸?shù)膭艃海?/p>

硬生生在輪椅上闖出了另一片天地，成了全國第一個坐輪椅考下足協(xié) D 級講師證的人。

這證可不是掛名湊數(shù)的，他是真的全身心投入進去了，定期去遼足青訓營給孩子們講射門角度，

坐在場邊拿著戰(zhàn)術板一點點比劃，把自己這么多年的踢球經(jīng)驗毫無保留地傳遞給下一代。

不光如此，他還結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)歷，編寫了《截癱球員射門力學補償教程》，

現(xiàn)在這本教程已經(jīng)成了沈陽體院的內(nèi)部教材，幫不少殘障孩子找到了踢球的可能。

除了足球，他還跨界練起了輪椅擊劍，憑著當年足球運動員的體能基礎，上手特別快，

訓練兩個多月就拿下了全國錦標賽的銅牌，后來還入選了國家隊，把目標鎖定在了北京殘奧會，

可惜因為傷殘分級標準不一致，最后沒能站上奧運賽場，這也成了他心里一個小小的遺憾。

但他沒停下腳步，轉(zhuǎn)身就參與了市殘聯(lián)康復指南的編制，把自己這些年的康復經(jīng)驗都寫了進去，

2025 年還在全國殘疾人體育科學大會上做了主題演講，

分享 “輪椅視角下的空間感知” 訓練方法，當時臺下的掌聲響了很久，大家都被他打動了。

他一直都拒絕所有帶有悲情色彩的商業(yè)邀請，不管是勵志演講還是商業(yè)代言，都一口回絕，

只愿意接受教練員培訓或者康復醫(yī)生的采訪，

他總說：“別記我是誰，記脊髓損傷的人需要什么就夠了。”

這些年，他也嘗試過自食其力，開過小餐館，想憑著自己的手藝賺錢，

也做過足球青訓，可都因為身體原因沒能堅持下去，但他從來沒放棄過這個念頭。

現(xiàn)在，他主要靠著遼足每月發(fā)放的傷殘津貼，再加上民政補貼和社區(qū)的照護費用，

生活勉強能維持，但他依舊在力所能及地創(chuàng)造價值，

這份對事業(yè)的執(zhí)著，也讓他的人生有了不一樣的重量。

從萬眾矚目的足壇新星，到輪椅上的堅守者，

曲樂恒用 26 年的時間證明，身體的殘缺永遠困不住靈魂的自由。

出行靠輪椅、父母照料日常、49 歲未娶，這些標簽背后，

是他對生活的負責，對事業(yè)的熱愛，更是對他人的擔當。

真正的強大不是從沒跌倒，而是跌倒后依然能憑著一股韌勁，選擇發(fā)光發(fā)熱。
