我養(yǎng)老金2500塊，我今天才搞明白退休金和養(yǎng)老金的區(qū)別：
退休金，體制單位不用個人承擔繳納社保的個人部分的才叫退休金。
養(yǎng)老金，企業(yè)內(nèi)的退休人員，個人要承擔社保個人部分的叫養(yǎng)老金。
就是我每個月領(lǐng)取的2500塊，是養(yǎng)老金，而不是退休金。
