3月21日，西藏阿里地區出現大范圍降雪天氣，造成新藏公路拉梅拉達坂路段及國道564線積雪結冰，嚴重影響過往車輛通行。在海拔近5200米的拉梅拉達坂救援現場，氣溫低至零下20多攝氏度，氣候環境惡劣。武警官兵在現場救援車輛，為滯留群眾發放便攜式氧氣等。截至當日14時30分，已累計搶通道路150公里。（陸文凱 倪偉棟 劉旭東 周林偉 裴志鵬 孫琪 封面新聞記者 張奕丹）
