特朗普：已與伊朗對話，伊朗：不存在對話

美國東部時間21日晚間，美國總統特朗普在社交媒體發文，要求伊朗在48小時內開放霍爾木茲海峽，否則將對伊朗“各類發電站”發動打擊并將其摧毀（）。

眼下48小時已過。特朗普23日在社交媒體發文說，美國和伊朗在過去兩天里進行了“非常良好且富有成效”的對話，美國將“推遲5天”打擊伊朗發電站。

US President Donald Trump said Monday that he had ordered the military to delay strikes on Iranian power plants and energy facilities for five days after what he called "productive" talks with Iran.

Trump on Saturday issued a 48-hour ultimatum demanding Iran fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz, warning of sweeping strikes on the country's power infrastructure.

特朗普23日對媒體說，美方同伊朗領導層進行了對話，“我們正在與一名我們認為是最受尊敬的‘領導人’對話。”

特朗普說，“對話發生在昨天，一直持續到昨天晚上”，美方參與對話的是美國總統特使威特科夫、他的女婿庫什納。如果對話順利，這將會結束沖突。

當記者問及伊朗方面參與談判的是否是伊朗最高領袖時，特朗普說：“不是。”

Trump said his son-in-law Jared Kushner and special envoy Steve Witkoff were leading the talks with the "top leader", whom he called the "most respected" in Iran, but declined to name — other than saying it was not the new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.

在被記者問到“未來誰將控制石油，伊朗是否還能控制石油運輸”時，特朗普稱，或許將由他和“下一任伊朗最高領袖”聯合控制。

Asked if Iran would still be able to control the crucial waterway, Trump replied that it would be "jointly controlled".

伊朗多方否認

伊朗外交部回應稱，與美國方面“不存在對話”，一些地區國家已經提出了緩和緊張局勢的倡議，伊朗方面對這些倡議的回應很明確：伊朗并非挑起戰爭的一方，所有這些請求都應轉交給華盛頓。伊朗法爾斯通訊社報道稱，伊朗和美國之間沒有任何直接或間接的溝通。

伊朗塔斯尼姆通訊社同日援引一名匿名高級安全官員的話說，特朗普已“退縮”，伊美雙方此前未進行任何談判。該官員說，鑒于伊朗的軍事威脅，特朗普已放棄攻擊伊朗關鍵基礎設施的計劃。美國在金融市場面臨的壓力等也是特朗普“退縮”的重要因素。

Iran, however, rejected the claim. The semi-official Fars news agency reported that there had been no direct or indirect contact with Trump, while the foreign ministry said his remarks were "part of efforts to reduce energy prices and buy time" for military plans.

The semi-official Tasnim news agency, citing a senior security official, said Washington stepped back from attacking critical infrastructure after Iran's military threats became credible.

針對以色列方面23日有關“美方正同伊朗伊斯蘭議會議長卡利巴夫進行會談”的消息，卡利巴夫本人在社交媒體上發文，否認與美國對話，并表示伊朗各級官員將堅定支持最高領袖和人民直至實現既定目標。

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf also denied the claim on social media platform X, saying "no negotiations have been held" with Washington.

針對伊朗方面否認同美國對話，特朗普早些時候接受美國媒體采訪時說，美國炸毀了伊朗大量基礎設施，伊朗那里很難獲得信息。

Trump told reporters, despite Iranian denials that such talks were taking place. "Perhaps that hasn't been conveyed. Their communication, as you know, has been blown to pieces. They're unable to talk to each other."
