據新華社德黑蘭3月25日電 伊朗武裝部隊哈塔姆安比亞中央總部發言人25日表示，霍爾木茲海峽的局勢不會回到從前，今后事態發展將由伊朗掌控，敵對勢力及其盟友的行動空間已被全面封鎖。
伊朗伊斯蘭共和國通訊社報道，這名發言人表示，伊朗已重申通行規則：任何敵對勢力的相關方不得通行，通行許可由伊朗全權裁定。
