大江新聞訊 （江西日報全媒體記者倪可心）4月9日，記者從省衛生健康委獲悉，國家衛生健康委辦公廳日前公布了第六批國家慢性病綜合防控示范區名單，瑞金市，撫州市臨川區、東鄉區獲評。
此次入選的示范區將在慢性病綜合防控方面發揮創新引領作用，高標準完成慢性病防治相關目標任務，提高慢性病管理服務效率，發展防治康管全鏈條服務，為健康中國建設提供堅實支撐。
