Darren Harris離開杜克了。這位2024屆四星后衛(wèi)在 portal 里待了不到兩周，最終選了印第安納——不是肯塔基，不是北卡，是 Mike Woodson 剛走、Darian DeVries 剛來的那支 IU。
DeVries 的算盤不難猜。他在西弗吉尼亞和西伊利諾伊都靠三分吃飯，Harris 恰好是杜克去年最準(zhǔn)的射手之一。但有趣的是，Harris 本賽季真正讓人記住的不是投籃，而是防守端的拼勁——這種「3D 毛坯」的打法，恰恰是 portal 里最難淘的貨。
「His shot will always there, but what we liked this season was seeing him play with a lot of grittiness.」杜克球迷站的這句評價，基本概括了交易雙方的預(yù)期：IU 賭他能進(jìn)化，Harris 賭自己能上場。
這是 DeVries 上任后 portal 的第三筆簽約。前兩個是內(nèi)線 Oumar Ballo 和側(cè)翼 Jalen Leach，現(xiàn)在加上 Harris，陣容骨架已經(jīng)搭了一半。至于杜克？Jon Scheyer 的替補(bǔ)席又薄了一層，而新賽季離 November 4 那個揭幕戰(zhàn)，只剩不到七個月。
