當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間4月16日，中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表傅聰在聯(lián)大否決權(quán)使用問(wèn)題會(huì)議上發(fā)言。傅聰表示，近日，習(xí)近平主席鄭重提出關(guān)于維護(hù)和促進(jìn)中東和平穩(wěn)定的四點(diǎn)主張，包括堅(jiān)持和平共處原則、堅(jiān)持國(guó)家主權(quán)原則、堅(jiān)持國(guó)際法治原則、堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展和安全。中方愿本著習(xí)近平主席四點(diǎn)主張精神，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)局勢(shì)緩和，促進(jìn)地區(qū)國(guó)家改善關(guān)系，為最終實(shí)現(xiàn)中東地區(qū)持久和平穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮建設(shè)性作用。
