當地時間4月20日，羅馬尼亞總理博洛讓表示，社會民主黨撤回對其政治支持的決定是“完全錯誤且極不負責的”，可能危及國家財政甚至導致政府垮臺。他表示，將繼續履行總理職責，確保國家正常運轉，順利度過艱難時期。
羅馬尼亞執政聯盟中的第一大黨派社會民主黨20日通過決議，撤回對總理博洛讓的支持。
