經過長達1年的努力，啟明星三里屯校區正式收獲WELL認證——而且一舉拿下最高級別——鉑金級！

WELL鉑金級認證證書
WELL，和我們有什么關系？
WELL是由 IWBI（國際WELL健康研究院）推出的國際認證體系，基于醫學研究，評估和認證建筑對人體健康和舒適度的影響，強調將健康理念持續注入建筑空間的日常運營中，關注其中“人”的體驗以及與社區的鏈接。
如果還覺得抽象，你可以這樣理解：
“綠色食品”是健康食材的標志；
WELL認證是建筑的“健康證明”，為建筑中的"人”提供健康幸福體驗的能力證明。
它從空氣、水、光、聲，到運動、心理健康和社區等10個維度為建筑及健康運營能力做“體檢”，重點關注在里面生活、學習、工作的人的健康和幸福感。
對啟明星來說，這意味著我們的教學樓“身體健康”，從空氣到光線，從噪音到心理支持，都達到了頂級的健康標準，三里屯校區對建筑里人的關愛、以及對各項社區共建項目的關注也得到了很大的肯定！
運營總監周廷杰也分享了背后的初衷：
“我們想知道，學校的教學環境和我們提供的服務到底達到了什么水平？哪些方面還能做得更好？于是我們選擇使用全球通行的健康建筑空間標準來檢驗自己，用國際標尺對齊學校的日常體驗，驅動我們不斷改進和提升。”
10大維度，高分畢業
空氣、水、營養、光、運動、熱舒適、聲環境、材料、心理健康、社區、創新，這10個維度，三里屯校區全部高分通過！而且很多細節遠超WELL標準，連認證師都直呼“驚訝”，比如：
空氣：采用醫院等級過濾系統；
光線：國際標準是500照度，我們做到了600的平均照度；
噪音：標準要求≤60分貝，我們做到只有49分貝，就連空調都是靜音模式。
校區還配置了全方位監測系統：每間教室及公共區域都設置了檢測終端，每小時自動檢測空氣、濕度、噪音等數據，異常情況會實時上報到運營團隊的手機應用，可謂“健康守護360度24小時在線”。

“社區建設”為我們大大加分
讓三里屯在WELL認證高分畢業的，還有來自“社區建設”的大大加分——關注“人”的部分：
校區設有專門的心理恢復空間，師生都可以來這里開啟靜心程序；
校區定期舉辦慈善市集，售賣有機食品、低碳商品、為慈善項目募款的機構、啟明星社區成員都是參加者；
三里屯學生也時常走出校門，前往周邊社區宣傳學校的核心價值觀和獨具特色的社會創新項目；
校園小花園里，老師會帶著孩子們種果蔬、做堆肥、養護花草。成熟的瓜果還是孩子們午餐桌上的綠色食材.....
這一切讓校區這個學習場所，迭代成一座由師生、家長和社區共同打造的、充滿活力的生態系統。
WELL的意義
這次獲得WELL鉑金認證，不僅是國際高標準對啟明星三里屯校區的認可，更是學校核心價值觀的集中體現：

What does WELL Certification
have to do with Students？
The WELL standard is aninternational certification systemlaunched by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).Based on medical research,it evaluates and certifies the impact of buildings on human health and comfort. It emphasizes the ongoing integration of health concepts into the daily operation of building spaces, with a focus on the experience of people and their connection with the community.
To put it simply:
Just as “green food” is the symbol of healthy ingredients;
A WELL Certification is the“green seal”for buildings, serving as proof of their ability to provide healthy and enjoyable experiences for the people inside.
WELL Certification focuses on ten categories (concepts)—air, water, light, sound, movement, mind and community—performing a “health check” for the environment,with a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of the people inside.
For Daystar, this means our academic buildings are“in good health”: from air quality to lighting, from noise levels to counseling, all meet the top standards of wellbeing. The Sanlitun Campus has also received strong recognition for its care for the people within the buildings, as well as for its attention to various community-building initiatives!
“We wanted to understand the quality of our teaching environment and the services we provide: what level have we truly reached, and where can we do better? That’s why we chose to benchmark ourselves against the globally recognized Healthy Building Standards, aligning the school’s everyday experience with international criteria to drive continuous improvement and enhancement.” explained Dursley Chiu, Daystar Academy’s Director of Operations.

Daystar Sanlitun Campus earned top scores across all ten categories—essentially a stellar “report card.”In fact, in many areas the campus far exceeded WELL standards, much to the surprise of the certification assessors.For example:
The air filtration systemmeets hospital-grade standards.
The international standardis 500 lux, and we have proundly achieved an average illuminance of 600 lux.
The acceptable noise levelis 60 decibels, while the Sanlitun campus reached only 45 decibels—even with the HVAC systems running.
To ensure continuous monitoring of building health and well-being, every classroom and shared space are equipped with sensors that collect data hourly.Any anomalies in air quality, humidity, noise levels, etc. are reported in real time to the Operations team’s mobile app.
