3月16日，市民反映在四川宜賓翠屏區(qū)下高速遇“嚴禁臟車入城，憑卡免費洗車”告示。
3月17日，記者從翠屏區(qū)綜合行政執(zhí)法局獲悉，此要求系為了避免臟車影響市容，同時提供有免費洗車。翠屏區(qū)綜合行政執(zhí)法局工作人員表示，出收費站后有工作人員向司機發(fā)放免費洗車卡，可憑卡免費洗車。
