據(jù)媒體報道，3月28日，江蘇蘇州一小區(qū)上下樓住戶因晾曬衣物發(fā)生糾紛，進而引發(fā)潑水沖突。樓上住戶用盆接水向下潑灑，樓下住戶則用水槍向上反擊，雙方上演激烈“水戰(zhàn)”。
據(jù)目擊者介紹，自己下樓遛狗時，看到樓下住戶用水噴槍朝樓上噴射，樓上住戶隨即用盆接水往樓下澆灌，雙方不僅互潑，還發(fā)生爭吵，言語十分難聽。
