當地時間3月31日，阿富汗國家災難管理部門宣布，在過去的24小時內，受強降雨引發的洪水、山體滑坡等災害影響，已有14人死亡，17人受傷，約476棟房屋被毀。
該機構補充稱，根據初步數據，共有603戶家庭受災，部分耕地、店鋪以及供水網絡和水井也遭到了破壞。（總臺記者 李霜溪）
