北京時間4月12日，首屆東北超常規賽賽程公布，5月23日開戰，8月15日收官，共賽7輪。
來自遼吉黑蒙4省區的8支城市球隊參與賽事，首屆東北超參賽隊伍包括大連隊、沈陽隊、長春隊、哈爾濱隊、延邊隊、雞西隊、呼和浩特隊、通遼隊。淘汰賽安排在9月5日至10月1日進行。
首輪比賽長春隊vs通遼隊、沈陽隊vs雞西隊、哈爾濱隊vs大連隊、呼和浩特隊vs延邊隊。
