財聯社3月6日電，政府工作報告提出，多渠道加大資本補充力度，穩妥處置金融機構不良資產。日前，國家金融監管總局局長李云澤對此表示，除了中央發行特別國債外，還可以通過市場化方式撬動更多的社會資金，像保險資金，都可以研究討論。 (第一財經)
