3月18日上午，廣州白云蕭崗村城中村改造項目第一批集中簽約儀式舉行，現場集中發放首批簽約現金獎勵共計160多萬元。
據了解，4月30日前簽約的集體土地上住宅房屋被征收人，可參與第一批選房，還能享受1萬元簽約獎勵金與50年車位使用權。
截至3月17日，蕭崗城中村改造項目入戶測量率達85%，簽約數近2300宗。對此，有村民表示：“今年大豐收了”“希望大家生活越過越好”。
