3月21日，山西呂梁一消費者王先生反映，自己花2元購買的一根60g裝雙匯王中王火腿腸，拆開后發現腸體內嵌著兩根完整鋼釘。3月22日，雙匯客服回應稱，已安排專人對接，將派線下業務人員現場核查，全面排查問題原因。當日下午，王先生表示廠家已上門協商并完成補償，糾紛初步解決。
