近日，上海一消費(fèi)者在 ZARA 門(mén)店試穿衣物時(shí)，被褲內(nèi)暗藏的針頭意外扎傷。事發(fā)后，消費(fèi)者多次與門(mén)店及品牌方溝通維權(quán)，卻始終未能得到妥善處理，還出現(xiàn)病例被扣留、隱私遭侵犯、負(fù)責(zé)人難以聯(lián)系等問(wèn)題。在此提醒各位市民，在試穿衣物前請(qǐng)仔細(xì)檢查，謹(jǐn)防意外受傷。
