人到中年，越來越發現，很多人過得累，不是因為窮，而是被自己內耗拖垮了。

第一，過度在意別人的眼光。別人一句評價，你糾結半天；別人一個眼神，你胡思亂想半天。日子是過給自己的，不是演給別人看的，太在乎他人，只會活得越來越累。

第二，放不下過去的遺憾。總為昨天的事后悔，為沒發生的事焦慮，把當下的日子過得一團糟。其實，過去無法改變，未來無法預測，唯有活在當下，才是最好的生活。

第三，事事追求完美。總想把每件事做到最好，結果越追求越焦慮，最后什么都做不好。人生本就不完美，接受不完美，反而會輕松很多。
