特朗普：將封鎖霍爾木茲海峽

美國和伊朗在巴基斯坦首都伊斯蘭堡的談判12日結(jié)束，雙方未達成任何協(xié)議。談判結(jié)束一天后，霍爾木茲海峽對峙升級。

談判無果而終后，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普12日威脅將“封鎖”霍爾木茲海峽；美軍中央司令部則稱將對所有進出伊朗港口的海上交通實施封鎖。伊朗伊斯蘭議會議長卡利巴夫表示，美國的唯一出路是贏得伊朗民族的信任。伊朗海軍司令赫拉姆·伊拉尼說，美國威脅海上封鎖“實屬極為荒唐可笑之舉”。英國媒體報道，英國不會參與對霍爾木茲海峽的封鎖行動。

美國總統(tǒng)特朗普12日在社交媒體發(fā)文稱，美伊談判進展順利，除核問題外，雙方就大部分問題達成了一致。他同時稱，美國海軍將開始阻止任何船只進出霍爾木茲海峽。

US President Donald Trump announced on Sunday that the US Navy would begin blocking ships trying to enter or leave the Strait of Hormuz, after peace talks with Iran failed to produce a deal.

"Effective immediately, the United States Navy, the Finest in the World, will begin the process of BLOCKADING any and all Ships trying to enter, or leave, the Strait of Hormuz," Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

特朗普說：“（美伊）談判進行得不錯，就大部分議題達成了一致，但唯一真正重要的那一點——核問題——沒有談攏。”

On peace talks, Trump said that the meeting "went well", with most points agreed to, but "the only point that really mattered, NUCLEAR, was not."

他還說，美國海軍將立即開始阻止任何船只進出霍爾木茲海峽。“到了某個階段，我們會實現(xiàn)‘允許所有（船只）進出’的狀態(tài)，但伊朗卻以‘某處可能有水雷’為由阻撓了這一進程，而這水雷只有他們自己知道。”

特朗普還稱：“我還命令我們的海軍，在國際水域搜尋并攔截每一艘向伊朗繳納過通行費的船只。任何支付非法通行費者，都不得在公海上安全通行。”他還表示，美國將開始“摧毀”伊朗人在霍爾木茲海峽布設(shè)的水雷。

"I have also instructed our Navy to seek and interdict every vessel in International Waters that has paid a toll to Iran," Trump continued, adding that "no one who pays an illegal toll will have safe passage on the high seas".

"We will also begin destroying the mines the Iranians laid in the Straits," he added.

特朗普還在帖文中威脅稱，“在適當時間，我們會完全‘準備就緒’，我們的軍隊將把伊朗的殘余力量終結(jié)。”
