人民財訊4月16日電，據最高檢微博，湖北省政協原黨組成員、副主席周先旺涉嫌受賄案，由國家監察委員會調查終結，移送檢察機關審查起訴。最高人民檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪對周先旺作出逮捕決定，并指定由河南省商丘市人民檢察院審查起訴。近日，商丘市人民檢察院已向商丘市中級人民法院提起公訴。
