NY20+，作為四川成都濃園文化旗下的專業(yè)藝術(shù)推廣機(jī)構(gòu)，始終積極投身于海外藝術(shù)事務(wù)拓展。憑借駐留項(xiàng)目、展覽策劃、校企合作以及公益平臺(tái)搭建等多元形式，以成都為核心樞紐，聯(lián)動(dòng)全球各地區(qū)的藝術(shù)文化，全力促進(jìn)國(guó)際文化藝術(shù)的深度交流、互動(dòng)與發(fā)展。自 2008 年起正式啟動(dòng)的駐留項(xiàng)目，依托于巴蜀文化的深厚底蘊(yùn)、成都這座城市獨(dú)特的包容性、濃園獨(dú)有的文化生態(tài)環(huán)境，以及 200 多位在地藝術(shù)家資源，每年都面向全球免費(fèi)開(kāi)放申請(qǐng)通道。多年來(lái)，該項(xiàng)目持續(xù)深耕在地文化，不斷探索傳統(tǒng)與當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的有機(jī)結(jié)合，有力地推動(dòng)了國(guó)際文化藝術(shù)的交流與發(fā)展。

Situated in Chengdu, Sichuan, NY20+ is an art promotion organization supported by Nongyuan Culture, and committed to international art and culture exchanges and overseas projects. With multiple forms such as residency projects, exhibition planning, school-enterprise cooperation and the establishment of public welfare platforms, Chengdu is the core hub to link art and culture in various regions around the world and fully promote the in-depth exchange, interaction and development of international culture and art. The residency project, which was officially launched in 2008, relies on the profound heritage of Bashu culture, the unique inclusiveness of Chengdu, the unique cultural ecological environment of Nongyuan, and more than 200 local artists. The application channel is open to the world free of charge every year. Over the years, the project has continued to deepen local culture and constantly explore the organic combination of traditional and contemporary art, which has effectively promoted the exchange and development of international culture and art.

本次“蛻墟——國(guó)際再生藝術(shù)季”由天藝?濃園藝術(shù)博覽園主辦，特別邀請(qǐng)澳大利亞Nasser Palangi博士擔(dān)任藝術(shù)總監(jiān)，將于2025年9月-11月在中國(guó)成都濃園國(guó)際藝術(shù)村盛大舉行。藝術(shù)節(jié)以“變廢為寶”為主題，旨在深度融合可持續(xù)再生資源循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)與公共藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作，不僅致力于推動(dòng)跨文化藝術(shù)的交流與創(chuàng)新，同時(shí)也積極推廣環(huán)保可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念，助力社區(qū)文化的繁榮興盛。

The Upcycle Art Festival is hosted by Tianyi Nongyuan Art Expo Park, and Dr. Nasser Palangi from Australia was specially invited to serve as the Art Director. It will be held inNongyuan International Art Village, Chengdu, ChinafromSeptember to November 2025. The theme of the art festival is"Trash to Treasure", aiming to deeply integrate the sustainable recycling economy of renewable resources with public art creation. It is not only committed to promoting cross-cultural art exchanges and innovations, but also actively promotes the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development, and helps the prosperity of community culture.

NY20 + 將嚴(yán)格按照既定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)參與者提報(bào)的方案進(jìn)行全面、細(xì)致的評(píng)選。入選者不僅將獲得參與本次藝術(shù)節(jié)的寶貴機(jī)會(huì)，還將擁有相應(yīng)的展覽展示平臺(tái)以及豐富的交流合作機(jī)遇。

NY20+ will conduct a comprehensive and detailed evaluation of the proposals submitted by participants in strict accordance with the established standards. The selected candidates will not only have the precious opportunity to participate in this art festival, but will also have a corresponding exhibition platform and rich opportunities for communication and cooperation.

申請(qǐng)資格

1.面向各媒介藝術(shù)從業(yè)群體，包括但不限于：藝術(shù)家、雕塑家、手工藝人、設(shè)計(jì)師、設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)等。

2.申請(qǐng)者需具備豐富的回收材料創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在申請(qǐng)時(shí)需提供能充分展示相關(guān)成果的作品集，以體現(xiàn)其在該領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)新思維。

3.對(duì)協(xié)作性、跨學(xué)科和社區(qū)參與項(xiàng)目充滿熱情，愿意積極與國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)藝術(shù)家及社區(qū)進(jìn)行互動(dòng)與合作，共同推動(dòng)環(huán)保藝術(shù)的發(fā)展與傳播。

4.能夠確保全程參與為期六周的駐地創(chuàng)作（2025年9月-11月），全身心投入到藝術(shù)節(jié)的各項(xiàng)創(chuàng)作與交流活動(dòng)中。

申請(qǐng)要求

*作品集：需提交5-10件作品及詳細(xì)描述。作品應(yīng)突出使用回收材料的創(chuàng)作思路、過(guò)程及成果，充分展現(xiàn)個(gè)人獨(dú)特的風(fēng)格與創(chuàng)新能力。

*藝術(shù)家陳述：需一篇300-500字左右關(guān)于過(guò)往作品中可持續(xù)性的文章，闡述在過(guò)往創(chuàng)作中對(duì)可持續(xù)性的理解及實(shí)踐，以及對(duì)本次藝術(shù)節(jié)主題 “變廢為寶” 的思考與契合點(diǎn)。

*項(xiàng)目提案：詳細(xì)說(shuō)明計(jì)劃在藝術(shù)節(jié)上創(chuàng)作回收藝術(shù)品的概念，包括創(chuàng)作的主題、形式、材料運(yùn)用及預(yù)期效果等，體現(xiàn)環(huán)保理念與藝術(shù)創(chuàng)意的深度融合。（需以作品草稿圖呈現(xiàn)）

*簡(jiǎn)歷/履歷：重點(diǎn)突出以往的藝術(shù)生涯履歷、展覽和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷，包括展覽名稱、地點(diǎn)、時(shí)間，項(xiàng)目的具體內(nèi)容、成果等，以展示申請(qǐng)者在該領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)積累。

*推薦信（建議提供）：來(lái)自藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)人士的推薦信，可從專業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)作風(fēng)格、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作等方面對(duì)申請(qǐng)者進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，增強(qiáng)申請(qǐng)的說(shuō)服力。

Eligibility

1.Open toArt practitioners from all different disciplines, including but not limited to: artists, sculptors, craftsmen, designers, design teams, etc.

2.Applicantsmust have extensive experience in recycled material creation, and must provide a portfolio that fully demonstrates relevant achievements when applying to demonstrate their professional ability and innovative thinking in this field.

3.Passionate about collaborative, interdisciplinary and community-engaged projects, willing to actively interact and cooperate with international and domestic artists and communities to jointly promote the development and dissemination of environmental art.

4.Able to ensure full participation in the six-week residency creation(September-November 2025), and fully devote themselves to the various creation and exchange activities of the art festival.

Application requirements

*Portfolio: 5-10 works and detailed descriptions are required. The works should highlight the creative ideas, processes and results of using recycled materials, andfully demonstrate personal unique style and innovation ability.

*Artist's statement: An article of about 300-500 words on sustainability in past works is required,explaining the understanding and practice of sustainability in past creations, as well as the thoughts and points of convergence with the theme of this art festival "Turning Waste into Treasure".

*Project proposal:Detailed description of the concept of creating recycled artworks at the art festival,including the theme, form, material application and expected effect of the creation, reflecting the deep integration of environmental protection concepts and artistic creativity.(The work must be presented in the form of a draft drawing)

*CV:Focus on the previous artistic career resume, exhibition and project experience, including the exhibition name, location, time, specific content and results of the project, etc., to show the applicant's practical experience and professional accumulation in this field.

*Recommendation letter (recommended): A recommendation letter from professionals in the art field can evaluate the applicant from the aspects of professional ability, creative style, teamwork, etc., to enhance the persuasiveness of the application.

定向社區(qū)融入與前期準(zhǔn)備

Orientation & Community Engagement

1.藝術(shù)家于指定日期抵達(dá)中國(guó)成都濃園國(guó)際藝術(shù)村，NY20 + 將安排藝術(shù)家的住宿事宜。

2.參加歡迎活動(dòng)與籌備會(huì)議，了解藝術(shù)節(jié)整體安排。

3.參觀藝術(shù)村駐留基地和合作機(jī)構(gòu)，熟悉環(huán)境。

4.與當(dāng)?shù)厮囆g(shù)從業(yè)者、藝術(shù)家、學(xué)術(shù)專家交流，參與主題討論。

5.分配工作空間與創(chuàng)作材料。
