韓勝輝原籍山東濟寧,現(xiàn)居上海。在學(xué)術(shù)方面,擁有山東財經(jīng)大學(xué)(原山東經(jīng)濟學(xué)院)的國際貿(mào)易學(xué)士學(xué)位。之后前往德國深造,獲得了柏林工業(yè)大學(xué)(TU柏林)的工商管理與金融碩士學(xué)位。
他的職業(yè)生涯擁有豐富的國際工作經(jīng)驗。在德國生活和工作了八年之后,他在四家總部位于德國、澳大利亞和瑞士的跨國公司中積累了多方面的專業(yè)技能。主要職責(zé)始終集中在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和推動這些公司在中國的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展以及在大中華地區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)拓展上。所涉及的行業(yè)范圍廣泛,從傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)到消費品物流業(yè)都有涉足。
目前,韓勝輝擔(dān)任一家歷史悠久(已有 200 年歷史)、聲譽卓著的瑞士制造公司的大中華區(qū)總裁。在這個職位上,他負(fù)責(zé)引領(lǐng)這一重要市場的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和運營工作。
在工作之外,韓勝輝通過運動保持積極的生活方式,熱衷閱讀和旅行。

本研究探討了信息技術(shù)(ICT)對工作場所員工績效的雙重影響,特別關(guān)注工作自主性、工作量、工作投入度以及工作與家庭沖突(WFC)等方面。基于“工作需求-資源”(JD-R)模型和“資源保存”(COR)理論,我提出了一個雙路徑框架,其中信息技術(shù)使用強度既被視為一種工作資源,也被視為一種工作需求。該研究還考察了感知到的組織支持(POS)和責(zé)任心的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
通過三次間隔兩周的調(diào)查,從中國六家公司的 414 名全職員工中收集了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。對信息通信技術(shù)(ICT)的使用情況從三個維度進行了評估:感知有用性、感知易用性和使用強度。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的結(jié)果支持了所假設(shè)的雙路徑模型:ICT 使用強度通過增加工作自主性來提高工作投入度,同時也通過增加工作量來提高工作績效分?jǐn)?shù)(WFC)。此外,開放性(POS)和責(zé)任心顯著調(diào)節(jié)了 ICT 與自主性的關(guān)系,但對工作量路徑的影響有限或沒有影響。
這些發(fā)現(xiàn)凸顯了在現(xiàn)代工作環(huán)境中信息技術(shù)使用所具有的復(fù)雜且矛盾的特點。雖然數(shù)字工具能夠促進自主性和參與度,但它們也有可能加重工作負(fù)擔(dān),并模糊工作與個人生活之間的界限。其實際意義包括需要制定信息技術(shù)治理政策和數(shù)字健康促進計劃,以在靈活性與避免數(shù)字信息過載的保護之間取得平衡。

This study investigates the dual impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on employee outcomes in the workplace, with a particular focus on work autonomy, workload, work engagement, and work-family conflict (WFC). Drawing upon the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, I propose a dual-pathway framework in which ICT use intensity acts as both a job resource and a job demand. The study also examines the moderating roles of perceived organizational support (POS) and conscientiousness.
Data were collected from 414 full-time employees across six companies in China through a three-wave survey with two-week intervals between waves. ICT use was assessed across three dimensions: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and use intensity. The results of structural equation modeling support the hypothesized dual-pathway model: ICT use intensity enhances work engagement via increased work autonomy but also contributes to higher WFC via increased workload. Furthermore, POS and conscientiousness significantly moderate the ICT - autonomy relationship but had limited or no effect on the workload pathway.
These findings underscore the complex and ambivalent nature of ICT use in modern work environments. While digital tools can foster autonomy and engagement, they also risk intensifying workload and blurring boundaries between work and personal life. Practical implications include the need for ICT governance policies and digital well-being initiatives that balance flexibility with protection from digital overload.
