許家敏（1997年生），空手鎖喉1米8壯漢！

當(dāng)身高1米8的壯漢嫌犯準(zhǔn)備逃跑時(shí)，女探長(zhǎng)許家敏毫不猶豫地沖上前去。盡管對(duì)方奮力反抗，但許家敏左手控制其手腕，右手鎖喉，用腿抵住其膝后，將其牢牢壓制，直到同事趕來合力將嫌疑人徹底制服。

The man was bigger, stronger, and desperate to flee. Standing 1.8 meters tall with a build to match, he thought he could outrun just about anyone.

He hadn't counted on Xu Jiamin.

When the suspect bolted, the detective didn't call for backup. She didn't hesitate. She simply moved — locking his wrist with one hand, clamping her arm around his throat with the other, and sweeping his knee until he hit the pavement. By the time her colleagues arrived, he wasn't going anywhere.

許家敏是武漢市公安局洪山區(qū)分局武漢火車站派出所刑偵民警，辦案抓捕，她總是帶領(lǐng)探組成員沖鋒在前。從跆拳道國(guó)家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員，到奮戰(zhàn)刑偵一線的女探長(zhǎng)，許家敏的辦案足跡跨越十余個(gè)省份。參警以來，許家敏已帶領(lǐng)探組辦結(jié)案件百余起。

Xu is a criminal investigator with the Wuhan Railway Station Police Station in Hongshan district. At 27, she's also the only female detective chief in the district — a distinction she's earned the hard way. Since trading her taekwondo uniform for a police badge, she's worked cases across more than a dozen provinces and closed over 100 investigations.

Her colleagues say she fights like an athlete and thinks like a seasoned detective. Her boss puts it more simply: "Young, fearless, and sharp as a blade."

她圓了警察夢(mèng)

許家敏1997年出生，從小學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道，曾獲得全國(guó)青少年比賽第三名和國(guó)家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員稱號(hào)。進(jìn)入中學(xué)后，她主攻田徑訓(xùn)練，短跑200米最好成績(jī)?yōu)?5秒6，展示出優(yōu)秀的運(yùn)動(dòng)天賦。

2020年，許家敏從江漢大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，進(jìn)入某互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司從事人力資源工作。雖然收入可觀，但她卻總覺得缺了點(diǎn)什么——她更希望有一份能實(shí)實(shí)在在幫助人、為別人帶來安全感和幸福感的工作。在她心中，一直有個(gè)警察夢(mèng)，“小時(shí)候看到身穿警服的人守護(hù)一方平安，就覺得特別神圣，想著長(zhǎng)大后也要成為這樣的人。”

Xu wasn't always chasing suspects. Back in 2020, fresh out of Jianghan University, she took a cushy HR job at an internet company. The pay was good. The work was stable. And it bored her senseless.

"I kept thinking about that childhood dream," she says. "When you're a kid and you see a police officer walking the beat, protecting people — it just sticks with you."

2023年，許家敏通過公務(wù)員考試，成為一名民警。最初，她被安排在楊春湖社區(qū)擔(dān)任社區(qū)民警，熟悉轄區(qū)情況，學(xué)習(xí)警務(wù)知識(shí)。之后，她又轉(zhuǎn)到刑偵內(nèi)勤崗位，開始接觸辦案，參與案情分析和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)。

So in 2023, she quit corporate life and joined the force.

Her first posting was community policing — walking neighborhoods, learning the ropes. Then came a desk job in criminal investigation support. It was safe, predictable, and exactly where a young officer might cut their teeth before moving up.

從內(nèi)勤到辦案先鋒

她證明了自己的選擇

坐在辦公室，對(duì)沖勁十足的年輕人來說，始終不夠過癮。許家敏希望能沖鋒在前，打擊犯罪。當(dāng)她主動(dòng)提出從內(nèi)勤崗調(diào)往辦案一線時(shí)，不少人都不看好，畢竟刑偵工作苦累且危險(xiǎn)，大家覺得一個(gè)年輕姑娘很難扛下來。

但許家敏沒有退縮，她堅(jiān)信實(shí)力能打破質(zhì)疑。從內(nèi)勤到辦案先鋒，許家敏用實(shí)打?qū)嵉霓k案成績(jī)證明了自己的選擇。

Xu wanted none of it.

She asked for a transfer to the field. Colleagues warned her off. Criminal investigation is dirty, dangerous work. A young woman, they said, might not last.

Xu asked anyway.

2025年1月，轄區(qū)車輛租賃公司楊老板焦急報(bào)案，稱“老客戶”王某租走三輛車后疑似私自抵押，租金未結(jié)且車輛失聯(lián)。許家敏查清王某違法線索，固定了其合同詐騙證據(jù)鏈。

4月8日，許家敏帶隊(duì)赴黃石大冶實(shí)施抓捕。當(dāng)天19時(shí)左右，嫌疑人王某出現(xiàn)在當(dāng)?shù)啬成虡I(yè)廣場(chǎng)。許家敏一邊通知后方同事，一邊悄悄跟上。當(dāng)王某橫穿馬路伸手?jǐn)r車，緊急時(shí)刻，許家敏腦中只有一個(gè)念頭：“不能讓他跑！”

By January 2025, she'd already proven the skeptics wrong.

A local car rental company reported that a client had driven off with three vehicles and never come back. Xu traced the suspect, Wang, to a shopping plaza in Huangshi — a two-hour drive from Wuhan.

When Wang stepped out to hail a taxi, Xu was already behind him. There was no time to wait for backup.

"I just thought: if he gets in that cab, he's gone," she recalls.

憑借多年體育訓(xùn)練的功底，許家敏如離弦之箭般沖出，以肘部從后方精準(zhǔn)勒住王某脖頸。

“你干什么！放開我！”王某奮力掙扎，手肘向后猛烈撞擊。但許家敏咬緊牙關(guān)，死死壓制住對(duì)方反抗，直到同事趕來合力將王某徹底制服。

“當(dāng)時(shí)只想不能讓他逃脫，事后才發(fā)現(xiàn)手心磨破了。”回憶起當(dāng)時(shí)的場(chǎng)景，許家敏語(yǔ)氣平淡。但在同事杜祥龍眼中，這一幕格外震撼：“許探長(zhǎng)爆發(fā)力太驚人了！王某又高又壯，她竟能在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻第一時(shí)間控制局面，完全展現(xiàn)出了敢打敢拼的勁頭。”

最終，王某因合同詐騙被依法刑拘，楊老板的損失得以順利挽回。

She sprinted. Wang felt an arm lock around his neck before he knew what was happening. He thrashed, swinging elbows, trying to break free. Xu held on. Her palm was scraped raw against the pavement during the takedown, but she didn't let go until her team arrived.

Colleague Du Xianglong still talks about it. "Wang was huge — easily 1.8 meters and solid. But Xu? She just exploded into action. It was incredible to watch."

Wang was later charged with contract fraud. The rental company got its cars back.

為群眾伸張正義

她不遠(yuǎn)千里追捕

“到辦案隊(duì)是我最好的選擇，刑偵外勤最能直接為群眾解決問題。”這是許家敏從內(nèi)勤崗主動(dòng)請(qǐng)調(diào)到辦案一線時(shí)說的話。同事賀世洲記得，當(dāng)時(shí)不少人勸她：外勤辛苦且危險(xiǎn)。她卻態(tài)度堅(jiān)決：“我想多學(xué)真本事，多為群眾做實(shí)事。”

2025年6月初，派出所接到張女士報(bào)警。她哭訴剛租住的房子被人指為騙租，要求搬離，可她已付清一年租金43200元。許家敏接手調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)：原房東易女士將房屋掛牌出租后，嫌疑人賀某假扮中介騙取房產(chǎn)證照片與鑰匙，又安排人偽裝租客以押一付一方式租下房屋，再低價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)租給張女士，騙走全年租金。至第三個(gè)月，賀某將租金用于賭博揮霍一空，無(wú)力向房東交租，騙局方才敗露。

許家敏順藤摸瓜，查明賀某以同樣手法作案5起，涉案23萬(wàn)余元。雷某作為同伙，每完成一單便獲利1000元。6月底，嫌疑人賀某被網(wǎng)上追逃。7月5日，警方獲悉賀某在海南出現(xiàn)，7月7日，許家敏便與同事賀世洲動(dòng)身前往抓捕。

Xu's work has taken her from the northeastern cold of Jilin to the tropical heat of Hainan. Sometimes she's gone for weeks at a time.

In June 2025, a woman named Zhang walked into the station in tears. She'd just paid 43,200 yuan — a full year's rent upfront — for an apartment. Now the landlord was telling her the lease was fake, the agent was a fraud, and she had to move out.

Xu traced the scheme to a man named He, who'd posed as an agent, pocketed the rent, and gambled it away. He wasn't just targeting Zhang — he'd hit at least four other victims for a total of 230,000 yuan.

賀某藏身一工廠。為免打草驚蛇，許家敏與賀世洲二人在工廠外空地蹲守。經(jīng)歷高溫下的漫長(zhǎng)蹲守后，民警們終于等到了賀某。

“行動(dòng)！”許家敏率先沖出。賀某轉(zhuǎn)身欲逃，被她緊追至車間機(jī)器縫隙中截住。面對(duì)反抗，許家敏借力將其按在機(jī)器上制服。“她滿身汗塵，頭發(fā)貼在額頭，眼神卻特別堅(jiān)定。”賀世洲回憶。

同伙雷某也于7月中旬落網(wǎng)。在許家敏的推動(dòng)下，兩人主動(dòng)退贓退賠，為張女士等多位受害人挽回了損失。

He tried to run. She cornered him between machines and held him until backup arrived.

"She was covered in dust, hair plastered to her forehead with sweat — but she didn't flinch," recalls colleague He Shizhou.

Both He and his accomplice were arrested. Under Xu's pressure, they returned most of the stolen money.

出差對(duì)許家敏已是常態(tài)。她的足跡遍布吉林、河北、海南、貴州等十余省份，常常接到線索便即刻出發(fā)。武漢火車站派出所所長(zhǎng)周坤評(píng)價(jià)：“許家敏有股不服輸?shù)捻g勁，不管案子多棘手、路多遠(yuǎn)，她都咬牙堅(jiān)持，從不叫苦。”

在許家敏看來，每一次奔波都是值得的，“群眾等著我們破案，多跑點(diǎn)路、多吃點(diǎn)苦沒什么。每一起案件順利起訴，每一次受害人正向反饋，都讓奔波變得值得。”

Xu's boss, Zhou Kun, sums her up in three words: "She never quits."

The job is grueling. The hours are long. The travel never stops. But Xu says the math is simple: "People are counting on us. Every time we close a case, every time a victim gets their money back, every time someone tells us thank you — that's what makes it worth it."
