To address key challenges in precision treatment, we have developed a suite of complementary platforms spanning lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and peptide systems, covering both tissue-specific and subcellular targeting needs.

Biomaterials to Engineer Human Immune Cells and Tissues

主要內容:This lecture will introduce three tools and models developed in the lab to enable the study of human tissue immunology. The first is an in vitro human immune organoid model that preserves high cell diversity, retains donor memory, and can be educated to recognize na?ve antigens. The second is a porous microneedle designed to extract tissue immune cells. The presentation will conclude with a nanotechnology platform for the genetic engineering of diverse primary human immune cells.
