山西稷山楊趙村群眾反映，轄區內稷山縣建勇建材有限公司（下稱“建勇磚廠”）長期違規開采粘土制作實心磚，導致周邊上百畝農耕地遭到嚴重破壞，耕作層剝離、深坑遍布，而該磚廠至今仍在持續生產發貨。
