判刑！前銀行員工竟竊取客戶保險(xiǎn)箱內(nèi)29根金條！

近日，《日本時(shí)報(bào)》消息稱，東京高等法院于2026年3月24日維持了下級(jí)法院的判決，判處一名47歲的前三菱日聯(lián)銀行員工九年監(jiān)禁，罪名是涉嫌從保險(xiǎn)箱中竊取客戶價(jià)值3.9億日元(約折合人民幣1,682萬(wàn)元)的資產(chǎn)。

高等法院駁回了辯方針對(duì)東京地方法院2025年10月判決的上訴。辯方曾請(qǐng)求減輕刑罰。

根據(jù)地方法院和高等法院的判決，被告山崎由香里在2023年3月至2024年10月期間，在東京練馬和玉川分行擔(dān)任日本大型銀行三菱日聯(lián)銀行員工時(shí)，從六名客戶的保險(xiǎn)箱中竊取了包括29根金條和現(xiàn)金在內(nèi)的資產(chǎn)。

在高等法院的訴訟程序中，辯方聲稱地方法院的裁決受到了被告未被起訴的其他罪行的影響，因此構(gòu)成了違法行為。

高等法院主審法官田村正樹駁回了這一說法，稱地方法院審理過程中提出的額外罪名只是為了審查山崎的動(dòng)機(jī)和案件相關(guān)情況，而不是為了懲罰被告的額外罪行。

法官還表示，不能說刑期過長(zhǎng)，駁回了辯方關(guān)于九年刑期過重的論點(diǎn)。

山崎在地方法院表示，她從大約100人處竊取了價(jià)值17億至18億日元（約折合人民幣7332萬(wàn)-7763萬(wàn)元）的金錢和物品。

The Tokyo High Court on Tuesday upheld a lower court ruling sentencing a 47-year-old former MUFG Bank employee to nine years in prison for allegedly stealing customers' assets worth ￥390 million ($2.46 million) from safe deposit boxes.

The high court dismissed the defense's appeal against the Tokyo District Court's October 2025 ruling. The defense had sought a reduced sentence.

According to the district and high court rulings, the defendant, Yukari Yamazaki, stole assets including 29 gold ingots and cash from six MUFG Bank customers' safe deposit boxes between March 2023 and October 2024, when she worked at the major Japanese bank's Nerima and Tamagawa branches in Tokyo.

During the proceedings at the high court, the defense claimed that the district court ruling was affected by additional offenses for which the defendant had not been indicted and that this therefore constituted a violation of law.

Masaki Tamura, presiding judge at the high court, rejected the claim, however, saying that the additional offenses were introduced during the district court proceedings only to examine Yamazaki's motive and the circumstances related to the case, not to punish the defendant for the additional offenses.

The judge also said the length of the prison term cannot be said to be unjust, turning down the defense's argument that the nine-year sentence is too heavy.

Yamazaki said at the district court that she had stolen money and goods worth a total of 1.7 billion to ￥1.8 billion from about 100 people.
