【山西五建集團(tuán)違規(guī)超建被處罰】近日，據(jù)信用中國(guó)網(wǎng)站顯示，山西五建集團(tuán)有限公司因綜合辦公樓項(xiàng)目超審批建設(shè)，被太原市規(guī)劃和自然資源局行政處罰5.919萬(wàn)元。據(jù)行政處罰決定書(shū)文號(hào)為并自然資處遇罰字(2022)第0128號(hào)顯示，其綜合辦公樓審批層數(shù)15層，實(shí)際建設(shè)卻是20層，超建未處罰面積691.07平方米。
