中國(guó)國(guó)際學(xué)校聯(lián)合大學(xué)展

前一陣，國(guó)外大學(xué)取消了某些專業(yè)課程的消息席卷媒體——

2024年3月，英國(guó)肯特大學(xué)宣布關(guān)閉6個(gè)學(xué)科的課程，包括藝術(shù)史、人類學(xué)、健康與社會(huì)關(guān)懷、新聞學(xué)、音樂與音頻技術(shù)、哲學(xué)和宗教研究；

2024年秋季開學(xué)的新學(xué)年，哈佛大學(xué)總共取消了分屬20多個(gè)系的近30門課程，其中，絕大部分都屬于文科類專業(yè)；

過去5年，英國(guó)大學(xué)核心理科課程減少，化學(xué)課程減少了1/4，生物科學(xué)課程減少了15%。

News about universities canceling certain courses has been spreading across the media:

In March 2024, the University of Kent in the UK announced the closure of six academic programs, including Art History, Anthropology, Health and Social Care, Journalism, Music and Audio Technology, Philosophy, and Religious Studies.
For the new academic year starting in Fall 2024, Harvard University has canceled nearly 30 courses across more than 20 departments, with the vast majority belonging to the humanities.
Over the past five years, core science courses in UK universities have decreased—chemistry courses have been reduced by 25%, and biological sciences courses have decreased by 15%.

The report of cancellation of these courses has raised concerns about the future prospects of related majors.
