立冬，是二十四節(jié)氣之第十九個(gè)節(jié)氣，冬季的第一個(gè)節(jié)氣，標(biāo)志著孟冬時(shí)節(jié)正式開啟。它不僅是時(shí)序的分界，更藏著古人順應(yīng)天時(shí)的生存智慧——此時(shí)天地萬物從“收”轉(zhuǎn)向“藏”，草木凋零、蟄蟲休眠，人間也隨之開啟“養(yǎng)藏”模式。

Li Dong, the 19th solar term in the traditional Chinese calendar, is the first solar term of winter. It marks the official start of the Meng Dong period. More than just a seasonal boundary, it embodies the ancient people's survival wisdom of adapting to natural rhythms. At this time, all things in heaven and earth shift from 'reaping' to 'hiding'—plants wither, insects hibernate, and human life also enters a 'nourishing and storing' mode accordingly.

1.祭祀祈福（Sacrifice for Blessings）

節(jié)日清晨備香燭、果品等供品，祭祀祖先或天地，以表感恩與祈愿，儀式莊重，傳承敬畏之心。

Sacrifice for Blessings: On the morning of the festival, offerings such as incense, candles, and fruits are prepared to worship ancestors or heaven and earth, expressing gratitude and making wishes. The ceremony is solemn, passing down a sense of reverence.

2.吃餃子（Eating Dumplings）

作為節(jié)日主食，面皮包餡形如元寶，象征富貴團(tuán)圓。家人共制共享，餡料各有寓意（如白菜豬肉喻“百財(cái)”），滿含團(tuán)圓期許。

Eating Dumplings: As the main dish of the festival, dumplings have wrappers filled with stuffing shaped like ingots, symbolizing wealth and reunion. Family members make and share them together; the fillings have various meanings (such as pork with Chinese cabbage representing 'hundred kinds of wealth'). They are full of hopes for reunion.

3.吃生蔥（Eating Raw Scallions）

搭配餃子食用，取“蔥”諧“聰”，寓意聰慧，也含“節(jié)節(jié)高升”之意。清脆解膩，為飲食添味，承載美好祝愿。

Eating Raw Scallions：Eaten with dumplings, scallions are homophonic with 'cunning' in Chinese,寓意聰慧 (implying wisdom), and also carry the meaning of 'progressing step by step'. Their crisp texture cuts through greasiness, adding flavor to the meal and carrying美好祝愿 (beautiful wishes).
