12月10日,2025福布斯中國“國際化教育論壇”在上海福布斯總部隆重舉行。
會上頒發(fā)了“2025福布斯中國國際化學(xué)校卓越校長”獎,啟明星學(xué)校執(zhí)行總校長Daniel Williams獲此榮譽(yù),并參與了論壇分享“變革時(shí)代的校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力:數(shù)字化與人文并重”的討論。

Williams 校長說:“能夠獲得《福布斯》的這一認(rèn)可,我深感榮幸,但說實(shí)話,這份榮譽(yù)更是我們整個啟明星社區(qū)——學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、顧問委員會以及家長——共同努力的結(jié)果。我很幸運(yùn)能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)這樣一支卓越的團(tuán)隊(duì)!”
啟明星學(xué)校致力于社會創(chuàng)新教育,Williams校長介紹,啟明星新引入一項(xiàng)社會創(chuàng)新能力——數(shù)字倫理(Digital Ethics),其核心不僅僅是把人工智能和技術(shù)作為工具來使用,更關(guān)注我們?nèi)绾我詡惱淼姆绞绞褂盟鼈儯詼p少不平等和不公,而不是加深分裂。我們培養(yǎng)具有勇氣和能力去激勵他人、創(chuàng)造一個更加公平、可持續(xù)和團(tuán)結(jié)世界的社會創(chuàng)新者的使命,比以往任何時(shí)候都更加重要。

他也表示,當(dāng)今的國際教育必須為學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備一個正被技術(shù)和全球緊張局勢改變的世界,在這個世界中,傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)和意義來源正在迅速演變。我們的責(zé)任是培養(yǎng)具備倫理觀念、能夠在不確定性中茁壯成長并為更大利益貢獻(xiàn)力量的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。由于我們并不擁有所有答案,因此必須不斷質(zhì)問未來會帶來什么,并持續(xù)演進(jìn)我們的教育方法。這種勇于提出大膽問題并敢于適應(yīng)變化的承諾,將引導(dǎo)我們的學(xué)生走向有意義的人生,讓他們能夠在世界上真正產(chǎn)生積極影響。
On December 10, the 2025 Forbes China International Education Forum was grandly held at the Forbes China headquarters in Shanghai.
During the forum, the “2025 Forbes China International School Outstanding Principal Award” (2025 Forbes China International School Principal Selection) was presented. Dr. Daniel Williams, Executive Head of Schools of Daystar Academy, was honored with this prestigious award, and participated in a roundtable forum on behalf of the school, contributing to the discussion titled “School Leadership in an Era of Transformation: Balancing Digital Innovation and Humanistic Values.”

Reflecting on the award and Daystar Academy’s development in the field of Social Innovation, Dr. Williams stated:
"I'm deeply honored to receive this recognition from Forbes, although in truth it reflects the dedication of our entire Daystar Academy community—our students, faculty, school leadership team, advisory board, and parents. It is the result of our collective efforts, and I am fortunate to lead such a remarkable team.
We've recently introduced a new Social Innovation (SI) competency—Digital Ethics. At its core, this is not simply about using artificial intelligence (AI) and technology as tools, but about how we use them ethically, in ways that reduce inequality and injustice rather than deepen division.Our mission to cultivate social innovators with the courage and capacity to inspire others and to create a more equitable, sustainable, and united world is more important than ever.

International education today must prepare students for a world being reshaped by technology and global tensions, where traditional professions and sources of meaning are rapidly evolving. Our responsibility is to develop leaders who are ethically grounded, with the resilience and skills to thrive amid uncertainty, and to contribute to the greater good.
Since we do not have all the answers, we must continually question what the future will bring and continuously evolve our educational approaches. This commitment to asking bold questions and courageously adapting to change will guide our students toward meaningful lives and empower them to make a genuinely positive impact on the world.”
