3月18日，在四川省內江市東興區楊家鎮石盤村，新近治理的河溪蓄滿生產用水。
去冬今春以來，四川省內江市東興區楊家鎮以解決群眾“急難愁盼”為牽引，多渠道籌集水利建設資金，對境內部分急需整治的河溪進行綜合治理，提升河道蓄水調度能力，拓展農業生產灌面，夯實春耕生產的用水基礎。 （李建明 樊文秀 攝）
