央視記者當地時間3月27日獲悉，一名黑客公開表示，已入侵美國聯邦調查局局長卡什·帕特爾的個人郵箱，并發布了這位局長的照片及據稱是其個人簡歷的內容。
一名美國司法部官員證實帕特爾的個人郵箱遭黑客入侵，但未透露更多細節。
