Nestled in a serene neighborhood of Dionysos, an old residence has been reborn with a contemporary flair, seamlessly blending functionality with harmony. The redesign prioritizes the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding environment, guided by a collaborative effort between the homeowner and the architectural team.

坐落在狄俄尼索斯 (Dionysos) 寧靜的街區，一座古老的住宅以現代風格重獲新生，將功能與和諧完美地融為一體。在房主和建筑團隊之間的合作指導下，重新設計優先考慮了室內空間與周圍環境之間的聯系。

Externally, the residence is defined by its crisp lines and earthy tones. Small balconies have been replaced by expansive terraces offering views of the pool and the surrounding natural landscape. A thoughtful combination of natural materials, such as wood and stone, paired with subtle contrasts in window frames and roofing tiles, creates a fa?ade that integrates effortlessly into its setting.

從外部看，該住宅的特點是清晰的線條和樸實的色調。小陽臺已被寬敞的露臺所取代，可欣賞泳池和周圍自然景觀的景色。木材和石材等天然材料的精心組合，與窗框和屋頂瓷磚的微妙對比相結合，創造出一個毫不費力地融入其環境的外觀。

The home’s layout is centered around the need for unobstructed views, which dictated the spatial arrangement. On the ground floor, private areas include a striking lobby with a circular reception table and a sculptural staircase that immediately captures attention. The master bedroom, exuding grandeur, features a high ceiling and concealed lighting, while the children’s rooms inject color and character with wallpapers reflecting their imaginations.

住宅的布局以視野開闊的需求為中心，這決定了空間布局。底樓的私人區域包括引人注目的大堂，配有圓形接待桌和雕塑樓梯，立即吸引人們的注意。主臥室散發著宏偉的氣息，擁有高高的天花板和隱藏式照明，而兒童房則用反映他們想象力的壁紙注入色彩和個性。

On the first floor, the living and entertaining areas are bathed in light thanks to large openings and skylights that invite nature indoors. The dining area takes center stage with a commanding view of the mountain, complemented by a minimalist kitchen with a large white stone island that becomes a family gathering point. The spacious living room extends out to the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow ideal for relaxation. The owner’s study, designed around the view with wooden elements, serves as a refined space for meetings and work.
