張朝霞，女，漢族，1978年12月生，四川渠縣人，在職大學學歷。1998年10月參加工作。
1998年10月至2001年1月，在渠縣寶城鎮中心衛生院工作；
2001年1月至2019年7月，在渠縣中醫院工作；
2019年7月至2021年9月，任渠縣中醫院副院長；
2021年9月至今，任渠縣疾病預防控制中心主任。
