當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間25日，伊朗常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表團(tuán)發(fā)表聲明表示，非交戰(zhàn)國(guó)家的船只可以安全通過霍爾木茲海峽。
聲明稱，只要該船只所屬國(guó)不參與或支持針對(duì)伊朗的敵對(duì)行動(dòng)，并全面遵守已公布的安全和安保規(guī)定，即可在與伊朗相關(guān)主管部門協(xié)調(diào)的情況下，享有通過霍爾木茲海峽的安全通行權(quán)。
