【字節Seed啟動大模型校招，全球招募百位AI人才】《科創板日報》1日訊，字節跳動Seed正式啟動大模型人才校招，下設2027屆應屆生招聘和在校實習生招聘。據悉，今年Seed將加大人才投入，本次在全球招募的2027屆大模型人才將達到約100位。目前，字節為強化對大模型人才的長期吸引和激勵還推出了專門的“虛擬股”。（記者 黃心怡）
