洗頭后最怕用毛巾搓
陸軍軍醫大學第一附屬醫院皮膚科教授楊希川表示,洗頭后用毛巾大力揉搓頭發,可能會造成發質損傷,讓發質越來越差。濕發時頭發表面的摩擦力增大,會增加對頭發纖維的機械損傷,此時來回梳理揉搓頭發,容易損傷頭發。
Dr Yang Xichuan, a professor of dermatology at the First Affiliated Hospital of the Army Medical University, warns that vigorously rubbing wet hair with a towel can damage the hair shaft and affect overall hair health in the long term. When hair is wet, friction on the surface increases, making it more vulnerable to mechanical damage. Combing or rubbing it at this stage can easily lead to breakage.
武漢市第三醫院中醫科副主任醫師曾江琴也表示,正確的做法是,用毛巾輕輕地按壓頭發,吸收掉頭發上的水分即可。
Dr Zeng Jiangqin, a deputy chief physician at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Wuhan Third Hospital, agrees and suggests a gentler approach. "The right way is to gently press the hair with a towel to absorb moisture," she says.

洗完頭如何正確干發?
楊希川表示,通常有以下幾種選擇:
自然干(推薦系數:★★)
如果是短發,讓頭發自然風干就很方便;對于留長發的人,等頭發自然干是很浪費時間的一件事。如果頭發長時間處于潮濕的環境中,容易滋生微生物。

吹干(推薦系數:★★★)

用吹風機吹雖然也會對頭發造成一定的損傷,但卻是更加省時省力的操作。使用吹風機時,需要注意:
Using a blow dryer is faster and more efficient, but it can still cause damage if not used properly. Key factors include the temperature setting, drying time and the distance between the dryer and the scalp.
溫度盡量調低一些,尤其是干枯受損發質,最好減少使用高溫電吹風;
跟頭皮保持距離(15厘米以上),吹時要時不時抖動一下吹風機,避免直吹使頭皮產生灼燒感;
不要吹太久,也不要吹得特別干,頭發摸著還有一絲濕潤的感覺即可。
按干(推薦系數:★★★)
按干頭發是比較溫柔和可取的方法。順著頭發毛鱗片,從上至下用毛巾輕柔按壓出頭發里的水分。
The gentlest and most recommended method? Press, don't rub. Gently squeeze sections of hair from top to bottom, along the direction of the hair strands, allowing the towel to absorb moisture without causing damage from friction.

濕著頭發入睡更傷身
有的人因為洗頭時間晚,懶得再用吹風機吹干,經常濕著頭發入睡,這種習慣會給身體帶來損傷。
??誘發頭暈頭痛
南京市中醫院腦病科主任醫師王敬卿表示,濕著頭發睡覺容易侵襲頭面部的肌表經脈,誘發偏頭痛。
??加重皮膚病
首都醫科大學附屬北京中醫醫院皮膚科副主任醫師朱慧婷表示,長期濕發入睡會加重皮膚病。若本身有脂溢性皮炎、濕疹、頭癬等,存在頭皮發炎、局部皮膚屏障破壞的情況,濕發睡覺可能導致病菌繁殖,由破損的皮膚入侵,這種情況下易誘發感染。
??可能導致發質受損、脫發
濕發入睡對身體的危害是長時間積累導致的。如果只是偶爾一兩次,問題不會太大。但如果是本身就有嚴重的內濕、體質較弱的人,尤其是頭發較長的女性,易發生中風、頭暈、頭痛等癥狀的老年人,就一定要注意不要頂著一頭濕發入睡了。
