4月10日，《每日經濟新聞》記者從聯想集團處獲悉，該公司已完成對企業級存儲解決方案提供商Infinidat的收購。這筆交易從首次披露（2025年1月）至今已超過1年。交易收官后，Infinidat將并表進入聯想集團的ISG（基礎設施方案業務集團）板塊。不過，聯想集團方面并未對外披露交易的具體金額。
